HR and payroll

Within the scope of HR and Payroll our services include:

HR services

  • maintaining up to date employment documents in accordance with labour regulations as in force at present;
  • keeping track and control of the validity of medical tests, registering H&S training as well as keeping track of staff holidays;
  • preparing salary and employment declarations;
  • running and admin of staff personal files in accordance with the regulations as in force at present.

Payroll services

  • ensuring monthly payroll records are up to date for employees of our Client;
  • civil-law contracts – drawing up and settlements;
  • salary records;
  • calculating monthly personal income tax contributions;
  • drawing up annual reports on staff income (PIT-11);
  • drawing up and submitting (on-line) of ZUS declarations;
  • drawing up annual reports on staff income (PIT-11, PIT-8B);
  • identifying contribution arrears;
  • assistance with day to day HR issues;
  • preparing payments of wages;
  • transfer of payroll data to the Client’s financial and accounts system.

HR and Payroll reporting

  • drawing up of a PFRON declaration, GUS data;
  • budgeting and planning remuneration;
  • preparing summary reports for the Client regarding payroll costs;
  • preparing and completing monthly reports (staff member name and surname, location, cost centre, gross remuneration, net remuneration, cost to employer).
